The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (Regulations of Minister Cabinet).

Distance Agreement

The Seller of the goods offered in this Online Store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order, while the Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and make payments in accordance with the provisions of the Distance Agreement.

Delivery and payment rules

The Buyer orders goods through this Website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. All prices in this Online Store are indicated and payable in EUR. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail, in which the delivery costs to the selected country and depending on the size of the ordered product are added to the prices shown in the SHOP section. The countries to which delivery is offered and the delivery costs are indicated in the DELIVERY section. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The seller ensures the dispatch of the goods within 14 days from the receipt of payment for the goods. Delivery of mandalas in Latvia is provided by the Seller, but in other countries delivery is made through SIA "VERVO" and the delivery time depends on the delivery time of SIA "VERVO" to the respective country. The Buyer is obliged to ensure that at the time of delivery the person who receives the Product from the supplier is at the delivery address indicated in the order. If the Buyer is not at the delivery address and does not receive the Product from the delivery company and the delivery company collects a penalty from the Seller for not taking the Product within the agreed time, the Seller deducts the penalty imposed on it from the price paid by the Buyer. Candle holders are delivered via Omniva - in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia via parcel terminals, to other countries by courier.

Rights of return

The Buyer has the right to return the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product by sending the Seller a letter of return to the e-mail The Seller shall send the return form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.
The Buyer is obliged to fill in and send the return letter together with the Product back to the Seller within 2 days after receiving the form to the following address: Ubelu Street 16-89, Adazi, Adazu county, Latvia, LV-2164, indicating the contact phone number +37129230093. The goods must be sent to the Seller undamaged, scratch-resistant, properly packaged to ensure the safety of the goods during shipment, and using the same delivery method as they were sent to the Buyer. All expenses related to the return that will be occurred to the Buyer shall be covered by the Buyer.

If the goods are returned, the Seller reimburses the Buyer the value of the price of the goods without delivery costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case the Product is returned by the delivery cooperation company, because the Buyer has not taken it within the agreed time and imposes a penalty on the Seller, the Buyer deducts from the reimbursable amount the amount of the penalty imposed on the Seller.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of return if the ordered goods are made directly to the Buyer by individual order.

Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of return". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of return or withhold a refund of 50% of the price of the product (excluding delivery costs) if the product is damaged due to careless handling during use or due to improper packaging when returning the product.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
